Who is Pilates for?
Pilates is suitable for everyone.
For the average person, Pilates can help to maintain flexibility and strength and to improve well being and health.
The precision and correction of movement patterns makes this invaluable for anyone with an injury.
The higher advanced movements are great for sports people wanting a challenging routine to improve performance, prevent injury or just for an effective workout.
The adaptability of Pilates makes it possible for any walk of life no matter what your age or ability to benefit.
What can you expect?
My group classes range from 2 to 12 people to ensure I can provide the support and attention that my clients deserve. Having fewer numbers also allow clients to learn the Body Control method quicker and therefore, achieve better results in a faster time. My classes are run in line with the school calendar and block bookings are required for each term.
I also provide private sessions or can accomodate groups of up to 3 people at my home in Brinkworth if required. Please contact me for further information.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable, not restrictive clothing, you should wear socks or be bare foot.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing! Apart from water. I will provide all other equipment that may be required in the session but if you would prefer to bring your own mat then please do so.
